In my studio, I give my clients permission to fail. I want you to get to a point where you can’t go anymore. No one likes to fail at anything. Everyone wants to know that they are the best at whatever they are doing.

Failing is a challenge. It exposes us deeply, knocks out our self-confidence, and feeds doubt and anxiety. It leaves us exposed, humiliated and hurt.

But in my studio, you have the opportunity to take risks, try new things, to fail over and over again. I want you to get out of your comfort zone and see where it takes you. It takes courage and strength to push past a failure, brush yourself off and give it another shot.

Being allowed to fail, take risks and learn valuable lessons from your mistakes is a key  to success. Give yourself permission to fail and watch the growth that comes out of it.
