1. Pick day that works for you and your family to figure out meals for the week, go shop for your ingredients (can be done online), and then prep them at home.
  2. Invest in quality storage containers (glass, stainless steel, or plastic).
  3. Start SMALL. Begin with snacks and then move on to the mains (lunch and dinners). You don’t need anything fancy or complicated. Stick with what you and your family like.
